Transitional Apartment Program

Adults with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders reside in shared apartments located within the Staten Island community. The Licensed Apartment Program is a transitional program in which residents live with one or two roommates and staff provides independent living skills training, case management and support to clients up to seven days a week, depending on client need, with the goal of moving into permanent, independent housing.
