Supported Housing
Supported housing programs provide permanent housing for individuals who have graduated from more restrictive residential programs and who demonstrate the ability to live independently. Clients are provided with rental stipends and case management as needed. The tenant pays 30% of gross monthly income towards rent and supportive services are provided free of charge.

QUEENS
Immaculata Hall in Jamaica, Queens, provides permanent housing with support in a single-site building with 24-hour staff support for adults with mental illness and low-income adults from the community. Tenants are provided with rental stipends and case management on an as-needed basis. The tenant pays 30% of gross monthly income towards rent and supportive services are provided free of charge.

Family Care
Famiy Care is a community-basedp program in which individuals with mental illness are placed with families (Family Care Providers) in the community.
